I'm a computer geek and all around nerd. I enjoy computer gaming, cosplay, and painting small army dudes that then attempt to kill other small army dudes. I'm trained in computer security and have several certifications. I'm currently looking to further my career in a cybersecurity position where I can put my skills to use.

Work History
That Computer Store (September 2016-present)
At That Computer Store I work as a consultant for small business clients to help maintain their IT systems. I also work in the tech bay repairing customer computers, phones, and other electronic devices. Additionally, I work on the retail floor answering phone calls and selling our hobby and gaming merchandise.
I have to wear several hats, interfacing with customers and corporate clients to help them with their IT needs, while also working in a retail store selling gaming supplies.
Smartphone Medic (February 2015-September 2016)
At Smartphone Medic, I learned my customer service and phone skills. I spent every day repairing iPhones, Samsung smartphones, and iPads for customers. I would also answer the phone and help check in and check out devices, so I spent a lot of time interacting with the public.
I was eventually sent to a small location where I was the only employee for the last few months while I worked with Smartphone Medic. There I was responsible for opening the store, repairing the devices, and selling accessories alone most days. On the very busy graduation days I had backup, but working there helped me to learn how to manage time well and how to maintain a workspace.
